Who we are
These terms govern purchases on seritijeras.com, operated by SERI, Spain. Contact: support@seritijeras.com.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we email the order confirmation. We may refuse an order (for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong) and we refund anything already paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna through Stripe's secure system.
Shipping
We dispatch from Spain within 48 hours, always tracked. Delivery: Spain 1–2 working days, rest of Europe 3–5. Shipping is free on every order. Risk passes to you on delivery.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Write to us and we send a prepaid return label; once the scissor arrives we refund the full amount within 14 days.
Warranty
Legal guarantee of conformity: 3 years. Every SERI scissor is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 3 years from delivery, under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). If your scissor has a manufacturing defect or does not match its description, write to support@seritijeras.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a few photos. We repair or replace it free of charge, shipping included. If that is not possible, we refund you or reduce the price. If the defect appears within 2 years of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase: you don't have to prove anything. The guarantee does not cover normal wear of the edge, drops or knocks, sharpening done by third parties, or use other than cutting hair. The legal guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. EU customers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
