How fast do you ship?
Every order is dispatched from Spain within 48 hours with tracking. Spain arrives in 1–2 working days, the rest of Europe in 3–5.
What does shipping cost?

What size is SERI 01?
SERI 01 is a 6.0" scissor — the size most barbers and hairdressers work with for both scissor-over-comb and free-hand cutting. It ships with a leather case, a polishing cloth and a tension key.
How does the 14-day guarantee work?
Use the scissor in the chair. If it isn't right, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the full amount once the return arrives.
What warranty does it have?
On top of the 14-day money-back guarantee, every SERI is covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. If your scissor has a defect, message us: we repair it, replace it or refund you. The full details are in our Terms of sale.
Which payment methods do you accept?
